PEAS schools employ over 1,200 teachers, school leaders, and support staff. They are supported by 100 people in our Uganda, Zambia, and Ghana offices who provide education, safeguarding, MEAL, finance, people and culture, advocacy, and procurement support.
Our global team is made up of 20 people providing technical expertise and fundraising support to our country teams.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and education, designing and testing AI tools that improve how we support schools, teachers, and government partners. You’ll prototype new solutions, embed AI into day-to-day workflows, and help build a culture where teams confidently use AI to work smarter and deliver greater impact.

PEAS is seeking a graphic design consultant to support the development of clear, user-friendly visual materials for education system tools in Zambia.
The consultancy will focus on designing templates, infographics, diagrams, and print-ready documents to translate technical content into accessible formats for school leaders and Ministry stakeholders.

Working in collaboration with the Ministry of Education in Zambia, this consultancy will help translate technical education content into clear, practical, and user-friendly visuals. The designed materials will support school leaders and middle-tier actors to better understand and implement national school improvement processes.
The consultant will develop consistent visual templates and styles, create diagrams, infographics, summaries and presentation materials, and prepare print-ready and digital-ready files. The assignment will involve close collaboration with PEAS and iterative feedback from Ministry stakeholders.
This is a short-term, high-intensity engagement (approximately 4 weeks of input over a 6-week period), expected to run from mid-to-late February to late March 2026.
