Bridget Konadu Gyamfi is a Program Director at Big Win Philanthropy.

She has more than 13 years’ experience in the public and private sectors, as well as in the charity, donor and research fields. Over her career, she has had extensive engagement on policy within government and has promoted an agenda of evidence-led policy decisions.

Prior to joining Big Win, she was IPA Ghana’s Senior Policy and Implementation Manager and led the organization’s policy engagement within the education sector. She worked with donors, government and key policymakers to co-create evidence and provided technical assistance to partner organizations working on scaling-up efforts.
