PEAS believes that secondary schools have a unique role to play in equipping youth with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to choose a future pathway that’s right for them; whether that’s entering the labour market, participating in democracy or starting a family. With the right support, all students can become agents of change in their lives, their communities and beyond.

We integrate life skills development in all aspects of school life, and not just through the life skills curriculum, to ensure our students are well equipped for life after they leave school. All PEAS schools offer career guidance, and some invite role models from the community to inspire our students and foster new and achievable ambitions.

Evidence shows that PEAS alumni are more likely to be satisfied with their life, be employed or pursuing further studies than alumni from other schools.

In this video, you’ll hear from our alumni about some of the inspirational journeys they’ve embarked on since leaving school.
