Since 2019, PEAS has partnered with the Directorate of Education Standards (DES) in Uganda to transform the national education system.

Together, we have co-designed and implemented the Inspect and Improve Programme, bringing together DES’ Inspection Framework and PEAS’ approach to school improvement in government schools.

Through this partnership, we aim to empower school leaders with the skills and support needed to make long-term improvements, both in their schools and the wider system. To date, we have reached 128,000 students in over 200 rural government schools.

Watch this video, made possible by Global Schools Forum, to learn about the power of partnership to drive change.
