Give more children a quality education today.
The severe shortage of secondary schools in Sub-Saharan Africa leaves millions of children peering over an education cliff at the end of primary school. There is also huge inequality when it comes to who can access education. Existing schools often charge high fees, excluding many underprivileged families, and marginalised groups such as girls or those with special educational needs face even more barriers.
Our growing networks of PEAS secondary schools transform lives by providing high-quality secondary education to children who would otherwise struggle to go to school. Working in some of Uganda and Zambia’s most underserved areas, we also share what we learn with others so that our impact stretches far beyond our own communities.
