In sub-Saharan Africa, 70% of the population is under the age of 30. This generation of adolescents are becoming adults at a pivotal moment; when the growth of digital technology and the impacts of urbanisation, forced migration and climate change threaten to make or break societies.

Secondary schools can equip adolescents with an agile and adaptable skill set to prepare them to cope with future challenges and seize the opportunities ahead.

A PEAS education is designed to support young people to reach their full potential and goes beyond supporting our students to succeed academically. We support students to develop socioemotional skills such as leadership, self-confidence, and entrepreneurship, as well as contextually relevant cultural and livelihood skills.
