Aissatou Bah is the Head of Global Partnerships at the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation in the Office of the President, Sierra Leone.

She holds degrees in business administration, communications, and law as well as a public policy fellowship from the University of Ghana Business School, New York University and UCLA School of Law. Prior to that, Aissatou was a Senior Program Manager at BRAC USA and the Regional Advisor of Girls’ Initiatives, where she focused on promoting BRAC’s financial inclusion and adolescent development work in Sub-Saharan Africa.
