The staff room is a very important place in a school; teachers need a place where they can plan, mark, store books and documents and share their ideas. When I first started working here the staff room was not finished yet and it made working very difficult, we had to move between empty classrooms all the time and we were constantly disorganised.

Now we have a staffroom we have the chance to share teaching ideas, discuss how we can best help the students and become a community. Teachers are free to speak their mind in the staff room and we are able to work with the school Director on ideas to help develop and improve the school. We have our staff meetings and CPD training in the staff room too. We were relieved and very grateful when the staffroom came and now it our central point to do all of our work.
