PEAS is currently seeking to appoint up to four new trustees to join its current board of six existing trustees. The board of PEAS sets the strategic direction of the charity and ensures that the organisation is being run effectively and efficiently to maximise the impact for children in Africa. Country Director, PEAS Uganda
Since opening our first schools in 2008, the PEAS network has grown to 26 schools – 24 in Uganda and 2 in Zambia - educating close to 14,000 students. We’re now looking for an exceptional Country Director in Uganda, to drive the organisation forward and to lead the 50 staff in the central team and 500 staff working in our schools. The successful candidate will sit on our Global Senior Management Team and have the opportunity to influence education development in Uganda and beyond. Construction Officer, PEAS Zambia
PEAS is recruiting a Construction Officer to work in a small core PEAS team which manages the schools. The Organisation is working on expanding the existing school and create PEAS-Zambia in-house construction and construction process.Given that PEAS in Zambia is a relatively a growing organisation, the successful candidate will need to be flexible, solutions focussed and be able to apply energy and enthusiasm to all aspects of the role.
