Is my money really spent on the gifts I choose?

All the gifts in this catalogue have been carefully chosen by PEAS after serious assessment of the needs of our schools and students. In keeping with our values and principals, we work with local builders and contractors and do our best to support local producers and business in purchasing the items listed here.

However, in some cases this means that it would not be appropriate to provide the exact gift you have chosen. Put simply: if our supporters have all chosen to purchase chairs, the school will of course need some desks to accompany those chairs and we will strive for a balance.

This means that we use your donation in the most effective way possible while keeping in line with your wishes. Making any monetary contribution towards PEAS schools means that you are effectively supporting the education of the next generation of Ugandans, who will be better placed to raise their own country out of poverty.
